探讨胃癌组织是否存在细胞周期调控因子p16基因纯合性缺失; p16基因蛋白表达水平及其与胃癌生物学 行为的关系。[方法]用PCR方法检测胃癌组织中p16基因纯合性缺失状况;用免疫组化方法检测pl6蛋白的表达水平。[结果]8 例(26.7%)胃癌出现不同程度的p16基因缺失;15例(48%)胃癌出现pl6失、弱表达。5例(16%)出现p16过度表达。[结论]p16基 因纯合性缺失参与胃癌的发生发展;p16异常表达与胃癌生物学行为密切相关。
To investigate whether the homozygous deletion of cell cycle regulator p16 gene exists in gastric cancer tissues; the expression level of p16 gene protein and its relationship with biological behavior of gastric cancer. [Methods] The homozygous deletion of p16 gene in gastric cancer tissues was detected by PCR and the expression level of pl6 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] Eight cases (26.7%) of gastric cancer had different levels of p16 gene deletion, and 15 cases (48%) had pl6 weak and weak expression. Five cases (16%) showed p16 overexpression. [Conclusion] The homozygous deletion of p16 gene is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer; the abnormal expression of p16 is closely related to the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
