在介绍水力测功器及其测功原理的基础上详细讨论了SC150A双向水力测功器电气控制系统的设计方案。在控制系统设计中综合考虑性价比与可维护性方面的要求后,系统采用DDZⅢ型工业控制仪表进行组态。实际应用表明,采用DDZ-Ⅲ型单元仪表实现的测功器控制系统具有适应面广、结构简单、维护方便、操作方便、易于扩展等特点,满足了SC150A双向水力测功器的现场使用要求。
Based on the introduction of hydraulic dynamometer and its dynamometer principle, the design scheme of SC150A bidirectional hydraulic dynamometer electrical control system is discussed in detail. In the design of the control system considering the cost-effective and maintainability requirements, the system uses DDZ Ⅲ industrial control instrumentation configuration. The practical application shows that the dynamometer control system with DDZ-Ⅲ unit meter has the characteristics of wide adaptability, simple structure, convenient maintenance, easy operation and easy expansion, which meets the field requirements of SC150A bidirectional hydrometer.
