目的探讨自拟经验方“活血健骨汤”对实验性激素致兔股骨头缺血性坏死的作用。方法选用18只家兔随机分为激素,中药+激素和对照三组实验观察,8周后处死全部动物,分析兔股骨标本的空骨陷窝数,血浆TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_1α及TXA_2/PGI_2比值指标。结果中药+激素组血浆 TXB_2,TXA_2/PGI_2比值明显低于激素组(219.42±69.22,449.30±119.22,0.93±0.13均P<0.01;6-Keto-PGF_1α明显高于激素组(240.64±86.03,156.55±28.11,P<0.01),接近正常组(16. 41±60. 64,0. 65±0. 15,250. 51±41.70,均 P>0. 05);中药十激素组的股骨头空骨陷窝数明显低于激素组而接近正常组(13±2,21±2,P<0.01;13±2,10±2,P>0.05)。结论活血健骨汤具有调节血浆TXB_2和6-Keto-PGF_1α水平,使TXA_2/PGI_2值趋于正常,同时能减少空骨陷窝数/率的作用,从而有效地预防和抑制实验性激素致兔股骨头缺血性坏死。
Objective To investigate the effect of “Huoxuejiangu Decoction” on the experimental hormonal induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head in rabbits. Methods Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: hormone, Chinese medicine + hormone and control group. After 8 weeks, all animals were sacrificed. The number of empty bone lacunae in rabbit femur samples was analyzed. Plasma TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_1α and TXA_2/ PGI_2 ratio indicator. Results The plasma TXB_2 and TXA_2/PGI_2 ratios in the traditional Chinese medicine + hormone group were significantly lower than those in the hormone group (219.42±69.22, 449.30±119.22, 0.93±0.13 all P<0.01; 6- Keto-PGF_1α was significantly higher than the hormone group (240.64±86.03,156.55±28.11, P<0.01), and was close to the normal group (16.41±60.64, 0.55±0. 15,250.51±41.70, average P>0.05); The number of empty bone lacunae in the femoral head of Chinese medicine ten hormone group was significantly lower than that of hormone group and close to normal group (13±2,21±2, P< 0.01;13±2,10±2,P>0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Jiangu Decoction can regulate plasma TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_1α level, make TXA_2/PGI_2 value normal, and reduce the empty bone at the same time.
