近年来,青少年体质下降问题成为党中央、国务院关注的焦点。青少年的体质健康水平不仅关系个人健康成长和幸福生活,而且关系整个民族健康素质,关系我国人才培养的质量,更是关系一个民族旺盛生命力的体现,和社会文明进步的标志。为了能够提高广大青少年的身体素质,中共中央、国务院发布了《关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》。意见指出,确保学生每天锻炼一小时。
In recent years, the issue of the constitutional decline of young people has become the focus of attention of the Party Central Committee and the State Council. The physical and mental health of adolescents is not only related to the healthy growth and happy life of individuals, but also relates to the quality of the entire nation’s health and the quality of personnel training in our country. It is also a manifestation of the vigorous vitality of a nation and a symbol of the progress of social civilization. In order to improve the physical fitness of the majority of young people, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated the Opinions on Strengthening Youth Sports and Enhancing the Physical Fitness of Adolescents. The opinion states that it is important to ensure that students work out for one hour a day.
