三河尖煤矿7126工作面平均倾角36°,综采设备滑倒现象严重,严重影响工作面的安全生产,对7126工作面进行了调伪斜设计,得出伪斜距离为28~30 m时,能够很好的保证工作面设备的不下滑;针对工作面底板破碎条件,采取了底板超前工作面注浆加固技术来防止底板岩层的下滑破坏;同时对工作面综采液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机进行了防倒、防滑技术改造。经过现场实践应用,上述技术措施很好的保证了大倾角工作面“三机”设备的稳定,实现了大倾角工作面安全高效开采。
The average inclination of 7126 working face in Sanhejian Coal Mine is 36 °. The phenomenon of slippage of the fully mechanized mining equipment is serious and the safety production of the working face is seriously affected. By adjusting the pseudo-skew design of 7126 working face, Which can well ensure the equipment of the working face not to slip down. According to the condition of the floor under the working face broken, the grouting and reinforcement technology of the advanced working face of the floor is adopted to prevent the falling and destroying of the floor rock. At the same time, Scraper conveyor was down, anti-skid technology transformation. After the on-the-spot practice and application, the above technical measures well ensure the stability of the large-angle working face and the “three machines”, and realize the safe and efficient mining of the large-dip face.
