在案例分析中进行角色扮演是一种情景模拟活动,活动目的是为了丰富教学手段,活跃课堂气氛,让学生能在一种情境式的、亲历感的气氛中接受知识所采用的一种教学方法。要保证角色扮演活动的质量,首先要求教师选择合适的教学案例,能针对不同层次不同性格学生的情况,进行预先的指导和培训,以确保角色扮演活动达到预期的教学效果。在角色扮演活动中,教师要充分考虑到教学的实际和课题的方向,避免光有活动组织而没有理论的升华。
