一、概述电液伺服阀是电液伺服系统的关键元件,它的性能直接影响系统的性能。伺服阀静态参数的测量精度是个重要问题。以往,对电液伺服阀的静态流量特性曲线的测量用秒表、计量油箱逐点记录,后改用涡轮流量计,配用适当二次仪表进行测量。以上测量的方法都存在精度较差,效率低的问题。随着科学技术的发展,在国外以及国内有的厂家已用计算机测试。本文针对研制的微机检测电液伺服阀静态性能装置作一介绍和分析。
First, an overview Electrohydraulic servo valve is a key component of electro-hydraulic servo system, its performance directly affects the system performance. Servo valve static parameter measurement accuracy is an important issue. In the past, the electrohydraulic servo valve static flow characteristics of the measurement curve with a stopwatch, metering fuel tank record point by point, after the switch to the turbine flowmeter, equipped with appropriate secondary instrument for measurement. The above measurement methods have the problems of poor accuracy and low efficiency. With the development of science and technology, some foreign and domestic manufacturers have been using computer testing. In this paper, an introduction and analysis of the static performance device of the electro-hydraulic servo valve developed by microcomputer are introduced.
