为了研究星型改性剂和线性改性剂对改性沥青高温性能和内聚力的影响,进行对比实验。通过针入度体系常规的评价方式,以及采用DSR在一定条件下进行温度频率扫描实验和直接拉伸测试进行综合性能分析。选择20~90℃这个区间评价改性沥青的温度敏感性能,进行1mm的微距离拉伸分析改性沥青的内聚力变化。结果表明,3种改性沥青的常规测试指标均满足施工规范要求,星型改性剂制备的改性沥青温度敏感性更低,但内聚力变化过快,采用星型和线性SBS掺配制备的改性沥青性能兼具二者的优点。
In order to study the influence of star modifier and linear modifier on the high temperature performance and cohesion of modified asphalt, a comparative experiment was carried out. Through the conventional evaluation method of the penetration system and the DSR under certain conditions, the temperature and frequency scanning experiments and the direct tensile test were carried out to conduct comprehensive performance analysis. The range of 20 ~ 90 ℃ was chosen to evaluate the temperature-sensitive properties of the modified asphalt, and the cohesion of the modified asphalt was analyzed by micro-distance stretching of 1mm. The results showed that the conventional test indexes of the three kinds of modified asphalt all meet the requirements of the construction specifications. The modified asphalt prepared by the star modifier has lower temperature sensitivity but cohesive force changes too fast. The star-shaped and linear SBS blends prepared Modified asphalt performance both the advantages.
