通过研究不同浓度的NaCl、KNO3、PEG、H2O2和GA3溶液对青蒿种子发芽率的影响,从而选出最佳处理方法,为青蒿育苗提供技术依据。测定不同浓度药剂处理下青蒿种子的发芽势(Gv)、发芽率(Gr)、发芽指数(Gi)。(1)低浓度的NaCl和KNO3胁迫对青蒿种子发芽无明显抑制作用,而高浓度下对种子萌发不利。(2)用浓度为30%的PEG、0.15%的H2O2、10~30 mg/g的GA3处理可以显著促进青蒿种子的萌发,提高种子出苗率和整齐度,其中用20 mg/g GA3处理的种子比对照高出了13.77个百分点。而且高于其他处理组。相比于其他处理,用20 mg/g GA3浸泡处理能显著提高种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指标,为青蒿浸种的最佳方式。
