为了保证药品的安全存放和管理,带有可视玻璃门药品冷藏箱已广泛应用,但玻璃门表面容易凝结水雾而失去透明效果。本研究通过对玻璃门表面结露条件的分析,试验研究了玻璃门不同部分结露情况及玻璃门内充入不同惰性气体对玻璃门表面结露影响。结果表明:在药品冷藏箱的玻璃门体上门框结露最严重;双层玻璃门内充入惰性气体可以提高玻璃外表面的温度,提高了玻璃门结露的极限环境空气相对湿度;氩气与氪气相比,氪气的防结露效果更好。
In order to ensure the safe storage and management of medicines, the refrigerator with visual glass door has been widely used, but the glass door surface is easy to condense the mist and lose the transparent effect. In this study, we analyzed the dew condensation conditions on the glass door, studied the dew condensation on different parts of the glass door and the effect of different inert gases on the glass door surface condensation. The results show that the door frame dew condensation is the most serious on the glass door of the medicine refrigerator; the double glass door filled with inert gas can increase the temperature of the glass surface and increase the relative humidity of the limit ambient air of dew condensation; Compared with krypton gas, krypton better anti-condensation effect.
