某矿工作面机巷属于大倾角薄煤层巷道,围岩变形破坏具有非对称性。在对机巷围岩赋存特征及变形破坏特征分析的基础上,提出加强顶板、高帮侧、顶底四角等薄弱部位的支护,用锚带网索联合支护形成一个整体的承载结构。实践证明,联合支护改变了岩层的受力状态,提高了岩层的自身承载能力和巷道支护的可靠性,为类似条件下回采巷道支护设计提供了理论指导和借鉴经验。
A mechanized mining machine lane is a large angle thin coal seam roadway, surrounding rock deformation and asymmetry. Based on the analysis of the occurrence characteristics and the deformation and failure characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway, the paper puts forward that strengthening the support of the weak parts such as the roof, the high side, the top and bottom corners, etc., and forming an integral bearing structure . Practice has proved that the joint support changes the stress state of rock strata, improves the bearing capacity of rock strata and the reliability of roadway support, and provides theoretical guidance and reference experience for mining roadway support design under similar conditions.
