通过对退火态441不锈钢进行不同温度、不同时间的时效处理,分析其不同时效处理状态下力学性能及组织的变化规律。结果显示,650~950℃时效后,441不锈钢抗拉强度提高,塑性指标下降;除650℃外,其他温度时效后屈服强度降低;750℃时效时,析出相爆发式弥散析出;从750℃至950℃,随着时效温度升高,析出相数量减少,尺寸明显增大,形状也由等轴状逐渐变为长棒状。
The aging behavior of 441 annealed stainless steel at different temperatures and different times was analyzed, and its mechanical properties and microstructure change under different aging treatments were analyzed. The results show that after aging at 650-950 ℃, the tensile strength of 441 stainless steel increases, while the plasticity decreases. At 650 ℃, the yield strength decreases after aging at other temperatures. At 750 ℃ aging, the precipitated phase disperses and precipitates from 750 ℃ to 950 ℃. With the increase of aging temperature, the amount of precipitated phase decreased, the size increased obviously, and the shape gradually changed from isometric to long rod.
