The Ti Ti Mountain Grottoes are an important cultural relics site on the Silk Road in China. Influenced by the construction of reservoirs in the 1950s, most relics were forced to move out. Even from the economic and technical conditions at that time, the treasures of the Tiantianshan Cave have been protected to the maximum extent, but the authenticity, completeness and continuity of the relics have been greatly damaged. In recent years, with the development of cultural heritage protection, the restoration of the Tiantianshan Grottoes cultural relics and their restoration have increasingly become the focus of discussion in the cultural relics protection community. Based on the evaluation research and strategy formulation of the reconstruction of the Tiantianshan Grottoes in the project of the protection of the cultural relics in the Tiantianshan Grottoes, this paper attempts to explore how digitalization and digital simulation technology may play a role in the restoration of cultural relics with the development of conservation philosophy and science and technology Role.
