本文探讨华西医科大学制药厂研制的生脉注射液对心血管机能的影响。猫十只,麻醉后iv生脉注射液1ml/kg,使CO、SV、CI、LVWI、LVSP、dp/dt max和Vce-cpip显著增加,而tdp/dt max、LVET和LVEDP无明显改变。另五只猫麻醉后iv生脉注射液1ml/kg,颈动脉、股动脉、肠系膜上动脉血流量均有短暂增多。四只犬麻醉后iv生脉注射液1ml/kg,冠状动脉左旋支血流量增加,而心肌耗氧量和动静脉氧差均减少。
This article discusses the effect of Shengmai injection developed by the pharmaceutical factory of West China Medical University on cardiovascular function. Ten cats, iv injections 1 ml/kg after anesthesia, significantly increased CO, SV, CI, LVWI, LVSP, dp/dt max, and Vce-cpip, but there was no significant change in tdp/dt max, LVET, and LVEDP. The other five cats were anesthetized with 1 ml/kg of shengmai injection, and the blood flow of the carotid artery, femoral artery, and superior mesenteric artery increased transiently. After four dogs were anesthetized, iv Shengmai Injection (1ml/kg), blood flow of the left coronary artery of the coronary artery increased, and myocardial oxygen consumption and arteriovenous oxygen difference decreased.
