一、前言 流淌性是涂料涂刷后,在重力作用下所具有的流动趋势。流淌厉害的涂料会产生涂挂不均,涂层太薄,滴痕严重等缺陷。流平性是指涂料自行消除刷痕的能力。可见,流淌性和流平性都是与涂层质量密切相关的两个工艺性能。并同属剪切速率为0.1~1秒~(-1)左右的低剪流变过程。 本文的目的在于研究涂料流变特性与流淌性和流平性的关系,并在此基础上提出评价这些性能的流变参数,为涂料的制备和应用提供科学依据。
First, the preface Flowing is the paint brushing, the flow of gravity under the trend. Flowing powerful paint will produce uneven coating, the coating is too thin, drop marks and other serious defects. Leveling refers to the ability of paint to eliminate brush marks on its own. Can be seen that the flow and leveling are closely related with the coating quality of the two process performance. And belongs to the low-shear rheological process whose shear rate is about 0.1-1 second -1. The purpose of this paper is to study the rheological properties of coatings and the relationship between flowability and leveling. Based on these, the rheological parameters for evaluating these properties are proposed to provide a scientific basis for the preparation and application of coatings.
