目的对本院门诊及住院的1 103名儿童进行维生素D检测,判断2岁~6岁儿童体内维生素D的营养状况,指导临床合理补充。方法采用化学发光法,按照年龄、性别、季节分类,对门诊和住院的1 103名儿童血清维生素D检测分析,并结合骨密度检查,用卡方检验进行数据统计。结果 1 103名儿童血清25(OH)D平均水平为(58.39±21.46)nmol/L,不同年龄组儿童维生素D水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),维生素D缺乏检出率为25.92%;儿童维生素D缺乏冬春季检出率为41.16%,夏秋季检出率为2.52%。结论冬季儿童维生素D缺乏率明显高于夏季,建议家长应在天气状况良好的情况下,增加儿童外出活动的时间,进食富含钙、磷的食物,并定期到医院检查身体,在医生的指导下合理补充维生素D。
Objective To determine the vitamin D status of 1 103 children in outpatient and inpatient clinics in our hospital and determine the nutritional status of vitamin D in children aged 2 to 6 years old to guide clinical rational supplementation. Methods The chemiluminescence method was used to analyze the serum vitamin D levels of 1 103 children attending the hospital and hospitalization according to the age, gender and season classification. The data were analyzed by chi-square test in combination with bone mineral density test. Results The average level of serum 25 (OH) D in 1 103 children was (58.39 ± 21.46) nmol / L, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The detection rate of vitamin D deficiency was 25.92% ; Children lack of vitamin D in winter and spring detection rate was 41.16%, summer and fall detection rate was 2.52%. Conclusion The incidence of vitamin D deficiency in winter children is significantly higher than that in summer. It is suggested that parents should increase the time for children to go out and eat foods rich in calcium and phosphorus when the weather conditions are good. They should go to the hospital regularly to check the body. Under reasonable vitamin D supplementation.
