挑选18~25岁健康学生27名,先食用不含V_A及少含胡萝卜素(<0.6mg/d)的基础膳5天。然后每人每日加服宁夏枸杞干果50g,含胡萝卜素4.4mg,共34天。实验结束时,受试者的暗适应时间比受试前明显缩短(P<0.0005);评价V_A营养状况的生理盲点面积明显缩小(P<0.001),血清V_A及胡萝卜素含量明显升高(P<0.0025及P<0.0005),因此作者认为枸杞明目作用的物质基础之一是所含丰富的胡萝卜素。实验期间未见有远视力的改善。
Twenty-seven healthy students aged 18-25 years were enrolled in the study. Five days of basic diet containing neither V_A nor carotenoids (<0.6 mg / d) were consumed. Then add Ningxia wolfberry fruit per person per day plus 50g, containing carotene 4.4mg, a total of 34 days. At the end of the experiment, the subjects’ dark adaptation time was significantly shorter than that before the test (P <0.0005). Physiological blind spot area for assessing V_A nutrition status was significantly reduced (P <0.001), serum V_A and carotenoid contents were significantly increased <0.0025 and P <0.0005). Therefore, one of the material foundations of the role of Chinese wolfberry is the rich carotene content. No improvement of far vision during the experiment.
