目的探讨血糖水平对局灶性脑缺血后脑水肿的影响。方法Wistar大鼠被分为正常血糖组(n=8)和高血糖组(n=8),采用凝闭左侧大脑中动脉造成局灶性脑缺血模型。应用比重梯度法测定两组动物在大脑中动脉凝闭后6h缺血脑组织比重的变化。结果高血糖组和正常血糖组大鼠在大脑中动脉闭塞后6h,缺血侧皮质和基底节区脑组织比重较对照侧明显降低(P<0.01),且高血糖组大鼠缺血侧皮质和基底节区脑组织比重较正常血糖组降低明显(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论高血糖可加重局灶性脑缺血后脑水肿的程度,从而产生更严重的神经功能障碍。
Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose level on cerebral edema after focal cerebral ischemia. Methods Wistar rats were divided into normal glucose group (n = 8) and hyperglycemia group (n = 8), and the left middle cerebral artery was occluded to cause focal cerebral ischemia model. Gravity gradient method was used to measure the changes of the proportion of ischemic brain tissue in the two groups of animals 6 h after the middle cerebral artery occlusion. Results In the hyperglycemia group and the normal blood glucose group, the brain tissue proportion of ischemic cortex and basal ganglia were significantly decreased 6 h after MCAO (P <0.01), and the hyperglycemic group rats were ischemia The proportion of cortex and basal ganglia in brain tissue was significantly lower than that in normal blood glucose group (P <0.01 and P <0.05). Conclusion Hyperglycemia can aggravate the degree of cerebral edema after focal cerebral ischemia, resulting in more serious neurological dysfunction.
