２００１年是国家实施“十五”计划的开局之年,橡胶行业在历经两年的亏损后,终于走出低谷,整体扭亏,这就为橡胶行业在“十五”期间持续、快速、健康发展奠定了良好的基础。
The year 2001 marked the first year for the implementation of the “Tenth Five-year Plan” by the state. After two years of losses, the rubber industry finally bottomed out and turned losses into profits.
