本文基于计算机技术,介绍了一种新的金相测量方法,精确地测定了铸铁中的石墨尺寸、形状以及分布的状况等,并显示或打印出测量结果。对于同一试样,可进行多视场的测量,因而比常规的金相法更具有统计平均的效果。另外,此方法还适用于碳钢中的珠光体含量、高温合金中的γ’相分布等的测量,也可用于测量金属断口韧窝的大小及分布。最后。还列举了几个常见的实例。
Based on computer technology, this paper introduces a new metallographic measurement method that accurately measures the size, shape and distribution of graphite in cast iron and displays or prints out the measurement results. For the same sample, multi-field measurements can be made and therefore has more statistical averaging than the conventional metallographic method.
