本文主要对《开发西北》中列强对新疆侵略的记载,对防止新疆被侵占的认识和规划进行研究。认为《开发西北》中对于防止列强侵占新疆,提出了许多有价值的规划,增加了人们对于西北安全的认识,并对后世保卫西北边防提供了有益的借鉴。 This article mainly studies the aggression held by the powers in “Developing the Northwest” and the aggression in Xinjiang. He believes that “developing the northwest” has put forward many valuable plans to prevent the enclave from encroaching upon Xinjiang. This has raised people’s awareness of the security in the northwest and provided useful references for safeguarding the northwest frontier defense in the future.
