近年来,我省金融信托、租赁公司未能收回的逾期租金越来越多,有的租赁公司逾期一年以上的占全部租金的比例达70%,其中3年以上的达32%。有一个小啤酒厂,拖欠租金80多万元,逾期4年之久。有些承租户,把租金挪作它用,如某县航运公司,用拖欠的租金重新购置船舶;有的甚至用应交租金盖楼房、搞职工福利。逾期租金虽然年年催,但收效甚微,甚至前催后增。在当前治理经济环境,整顿经济秩序的情况下,必须采取得力措施加以解决。(1)坚持“三查”制度,即租前调查、租时审查、租后检查:执行区别对待,择优
