目的探索一种科学、实用的免疫学检验质量控制方法,更好地开展HⅣ抗体检测初筛实验室室内质量控制工作。方法1、通过分析比较Grubbs异常值取舍法和《艾滋病检测质量管理工作指南》指定用的Levey质控图法之优缺点,提出将两种方法联合用于艾滋病初筛实验室室内质控。2、对实际工作中用新方法与Levev法所得数据进行统计学处理,比较两种方法的差异。结果新方法和Levey法的前 20个数据的平均值(x)、标准差(s)、变异系数(CV)分别是:2.566(2.545)、0.269(0.264)、10.5%(l0.4%)。F检验结果是F=1.038,P>0.05,说明两种方法所得数据构成的样本的方差相等。t检验的结果是:t=0.135,P>0.50,说明两种方法所得方法数据构成的样本的平均值差异不明显。结论两种方法的结合对艾滋病初筛实验室的室内质量控制是可行的。新方法弥补了彼此的不足,特别是能对前20次检测活动进行有效控制,降低了工作量和试剂消耗。方法灵活,结果可靠。适用于标本少、工作量小的艾滋病初筛实验室。目前是一种比较好的免疫学质控方法。
Objective To explore a scientific and practical immunological test quality control method to better carry out H Ⅳ antibody testing screening laboratory laboratory quality control work. Method 1: By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Grubbs abnormal value selection method and the Levey QC chart method used in the Guideline for Quality Management of HIV / AIDS Testing, we propose to combine the two methods for laboratory quality control of AIDS screening laboratories. 2, the actual work with the new method and Levev method of statistical data, compare the differences between the two methods. Results The mean (x), standard deviation (s) and coefficient of variation (CV) of the first 20 data of the new method and the Levey method were 2.566 (2.545), 0.269 (0.264), 10.5% . F test results are F = 1.038, P> 0.05, indicating that the data obtained by the two methods constitute a sample of equal variance. The result of t test was: t = 0.135, P> 0.50, indicating that the average value of the samples constituted by the method data obtained by the two methods is not obvious. Conclusion The combination of the two methods is feasible for indoor quality control of AIDS screening laboratories. The new methods make up for each other’s deficiencies, in particular, can effectively control the first 20 testing activities, reducing the workload and reagent consumption. The method is flexible and the result is reliable. Applies to less specimens, a small workload of AIDS screening laboratories. Is currently a good method of immunological quality control.
