通过梨砧木嫁接鉴定试验,筛选出具有矮化潜力的梨属矮化砧木PDR54。以杜梨为基砧,PDR54做中间砧嫁接早酥梨矮化效应明显,它的矮化程度相当于乔砧对照的35.4%,属于极矮化砧木类型。解剖观察发现PDR54二年生枝木栓层细胞层数为乔砧杜梨的6.05倍,木栓层厚度占皮层的20.81%,文章分析论证了PDR54致矮的原因,认为与木栓层细胞层数多,木栓层厚度占皮层的比例大有关。
Pear rootstock grafting identification test was conducted to screen the pear dwarf rootstock PDR54 with dwarfing potential. Using the root of Pear, the dwarfing effect of early grafted pear on PDR54 as intermediate anvil was obvious. Its dwarfing degree was equivalent to 35.4% of that of Qiao’en, which belonged to the type of very dwarf rootstock. Anatomical observation showed that the number of cell layers of perennial grafts in PDR54 was 6.05 times of that of pears, and the thickness of cork layer accounted for 20.81% of the cortex. The article analyzed the reason of PDR54 causing shortness, , Cork layer thickness accounted for a large proportion of the cortex.
