已有多项研究表明〔1～4〕,胰岛素样生长因子IImRNA结合蛋白3(Insulin-like growth factor II mRNA binding protein 3,IMP3)在多个脏器腺细胞恶性肿瘤中均高表达。子宫颈腺癌发病率较鳞癌低,但发病年龄轻,预后差,阴道镜下宫颈多点活检诊断率明显低于鳞癌,早期诊断困难。本文主要阐述IMP3在子宫颈腺癌中的临床应用前景。
A number of studies have shown that [1 ~ 4], insulin-like growth factor II mRNA binding protein 3 (IMP3) are highly expressed in multiple organ malignancies. The incidence of cervical adenocarcinoma is lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma, but the age of onset is low and the prognosis is poor. The colposcopic biopsy of colposcopy under colposcopy is significantly lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma, and early diagnosis is difficult. This article mainly describes the clinical application of IMP3 in cervical adenocarcinoma.
