目的探讨分析东莞部分企业员工急救知识培训及需求的情况。方法采取随机分层方式抽取东莞市4个企业员工2 000名,以调查问卷形式对员工的急救知识培训及需求情况进行调查与统计分析。结果高达79.0%的员工没有接受任何急救知识培训,19.6%的员工接受一般急救知识常识的培训,仅有1.4%的员工接受了心肺复苏培训;企业员工获取急救知识的主要渠道为电视、广播(约占38.5%),其次为报刊、书籍(约占31.0%);94.0%的企业员工希望学习有关急救知识,87.0%的企业员工表示会接受急救知识培训,高达81.0%的企业员工认为接受急救知识培训非常有必要;94.0%的企业员工希望学习一般急救知识,高达79.2%的企业员工希望学习现场心肺复苏培训;42.4%的企业员工希望通过模拟演练的形式学习急救知识,38.0%希望以急救知识讲座形式,13.6%希望以电视、广播、网络等传媒形式,6.0%希望以急救知识小册子形式学习。结论目前,该市企业员工急救知识极度缺乏,且对急救知识学习愿望热切,故应加强对企业员工的急救知识培训。
Objective To analyze and analyze the emergency training and requirements of employees in some enterprises in Dongguan. Methods Totally 2 000 employees from 4 enterprises in Dongguan were randomly stratified to investigate and statistically analyze the employee’s first aid knowledge training and demand in the form of questionnaires. As a result, up to 79.0% of employees did not receive any first aid training, 19.6% received general first aid knowledge training, and only 1.4% received CPR training. Conclusion At present, the emergency rescue knowledge of employees in this city is extremely scarce, and the desire of emergency medical knowledge learning is very keen. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the training of emergency medical knowledge for employees.
