采用文献资料法、专家问卷调查法、数理统计法等,以我国部分普通高校青年体育教师为研究对象,对其教学能力现状进行了分析探讨。研究结果认为:我国普通高校青年体育教师基本上能胜任教学工作,但还存在一些亟待解决的问题,如讲解与示范能力欠佳、教学组织与指导能力不强、结课讲评与课后总结能力有待加强、教学研究能力亟待提高等。对此,提出了严把进人关、实行导师团队制、搭建青年教师交流平台等对策,旨在为提高其教学能力提供理论上的参考和实践上的支持。 By using the methods of literature and information, expert questionnaire, mathematical statistics and so on, taking some young college PE teachers in our country as the research object, the status quo of their teaching ability is analyzed and discussed. The result shows that young PE teachers in colleges and universities in our country are basically capable of teaching, but there are still some problems to be solved, such as poor ability to explain and demonstrate, poor teaching organization and instruction ability, Need to be strengthened, teaching and research capabilities need to be improved. In this regard, we put forward some countermeasures such as strict entry into the country, implementation of the mentor team system, and establishment of a platform for the exchange of young teachers so as to provide theoretical reference and practical support for improving their teaching abilities.
