在数学教学过程中,师生容易受情绪左右,而师生情绪又影响着教学进程。教学情绪具有促发性和指向性、双向性和互染性、阶段性和习惯性特点。教师和学生都要认识到情绪在教学中的影响,师生需要采取一定措施控制和引导教学情绪的发生、发展和变化,让情绪成为促进教学效果的无形资源。小学数学教师若能在课堂上有效引导学生情绪,让理性思索与感性情绪有机融合、渗透,便可一箭双雕,使学生在数学学习上进步,情商也得到发展,从而增强学生可持续性发展力,提高其进入社会生活后的幸福指数。
