本文提出了一个电化学方法来对铝基牺牲阳极在海水中的溶解性能进行定量描述。该法是将阳极试样在恒温的海水中用恒电位仪极化到一定电位,然后测其时间-电流曲线,用求积仪计算库仑密度。发现库仑密度与阳极表面溶解状态之间有很好的对应性,因而可以用来定量描述阳极的这一性能。
This paper presents an electrochemical method to quantitatively characterize the solubility of aluminum-based sacrificial anodes in seawater. The method is the anode sample in a constant temperature seawater potentiostat polarization potentiometer to a certain potential, and then measure the time - current curve, with the plotter to calculate the Coulomb density. It is found that there is a good correspondence between the coulomb density and the dissolution state of the surface of the anode and thus it can be used to quantitatively describe this property of the anode.
