对 BWR 800MWe 级核反应堆压力容器的顶部封头法兰与整体底部封头圆盖已完成了实验性生产。由 LD-LRF 以及 LD-EF-LRF 两炉钢水混合浇注165吨钢锭,锻造顶部封头法兰。用 LD-LRF 法浇注115吨钢锭,锻造整体底部封头圆盖坯料,以及采用球面上模、环形下模加压成形。底部封头圆盖的成形是非常均匀的,在成形时,不产生鳞皮疤。虽然都用大钢锭,它们制品显示了均匀的化学成分和机械性能。可以认为,用于核反应堆之压力容器是适宜的。根据内部质量、抗拉性能、断裂韧性、疲劳性能及其它等,均表明这些锻件是优质的。
Experimental production has been completed on the top head flanges and the integral bottom head domes of the BWR 800 MWe nuclear reactor pressure vessel. By the LD-LRF and LD-EF-LRF molten steel pouring two 165 tons ingot, forging the top head flange. Using the LD-LRF method cast 115 tons ingot forging the entire bottom of the head dome blank, and the use of the spherical mold, the ring under the pressure molding. The formation of the bottom head dome is very uniform and scales are not produced during shaping. Although both use ingots, their products show uniform chemical composition and mechanical properties. It is believed that pressure vessels for nuclear reactors are suitable. According to the internal quality, tensile properties, fracture toughness, fatigue properties and others, all indicate that these forgings are of high quality.
