目的:研究三尖杉种仁挥发油的化学成分及其生物活性。方法:采用索氏回流法提取三尖杉种仁的挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离和鉴定其化学成分,并通过滤纸片扩散法和MTT法初步研究挥发油的抑菌及细胞毒活性。结果:从三尖杉种仁的挥发油中共鉴定出23种化学成分,主要为油酸(34.53%)、棕榈酸(12.04%)、亚油酸丁酯(9.56%)、油酸乙酯(9.31%)等;活性检测表明挥发油样品对金黄色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus、大肠埃希菌Escherichiacoli和沙门氏菌Salmonella typhl显示较强的抑制作用,对慢性粒细胞白血病细胞株K562具有较高细胞毒活性,并呈剂量-效应依赖关系,IC5016.14 mg.L-1。结论:三尖杉种仁的挥发性成分主要为脂肪酸类、脂肪烷烃类及萜类,有抗菌、抗肿瘤活性,具有进一步开发利用的价值。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents and bioactivities of essential oil of Cory. Methods: The volatile oil from the kernel of Cephalotaxus fortunei was extracted by Soxhlet method. The chemical constituents were isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and the volatile oil Bacteria and cytotoxic activity. Results: A total of 23 chemical constituents were identified from the essential oil of Corylus heterophylla, mainly including oleic acid (34.53%), palmitic acid (12.04%), butyl linoleate (9.56%), ethyl oleate %). The activity tests showed that the volatile oil samples showed strong inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhl, and had high cytotoxic activity on K562 cells Dose-effect dependence, IC5016.14 mg.L-1. Conclusion: The volatile components of Cirsium triloba are mainly fatty acids, fatty alkanes and terpenoids, which have antibacterial and antitumor activities and have the value of further development and utilization.
