前 言 近年来,360°反馈评价作为一种新型的绩效评价模式已经被通用电气公司、IBM公司、美国电报电话公司以及壳牌石油公司等许多世界著名公司所采用,并给这些企业带来了良好的业绩。中国的一些先进企业也开始引进这种评价模式,但由于对其了解不深,效果并不理想,没有获得应有的收益。有必要对360°反馈评价做深入的研究,以期解决它在中国“水土不服”问题。
