为了解糖尿病时胃肠道肽能神经的改变,应用免疫组织化学及图像分析法对糖尿病大鼠胃窦部CGRP、VIP神经进行了观察和分析。结果显示,糖尿病大鼠8周时,胃窦部粘膜下神经丛、肌间神经丛的CGRP神经纤维明显减少。图像分析表明,CGRP神经的面积、VIP神经的面积、光密度、光密度积分均较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。提示糖尿病时胃部肽能神经的改变可能与糖尿病胃轻瘫有关。
In order to understand the changes of gastrointestinal peptide nerve in diabetic rats, immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to observe and analyze the CGRP and VIP nerves in gastric antrum of diabetic rats. The results showed that CGRP nerve fibers in submucous plexus and myenteric plexus of gastric antrum significantly decreased in diabetic rats at 8 weeks. Image analysis showed that the area of CGRP nerve, VIP nerve area, optical density, optical density integral decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05). Tip changes in the stomach when diabetic peptide nerve may be related to diabetic gastroparesis.
