【借鉴】学校该如何帮助新教师平稳快速地渡过职业适应期?也许我们可以看看几个较为成功的案例,吸取经验,反思不足,展望未来。要确保职业教育又好又快发展,师资队伍建设至关重要。而师资队伍建设中,青年教师团队的培养无疑是目前亟须关注和优化的首要问题。青年教师是学校事业发展的后备军,他们的成长决定着学校教育事业的未来。近年来,我校以“老”带“新”的“青蓝工程”项目作为队伍建设的重要载体,着力打造青年教师成长的四大平台,助推青年教师团队步入发展快车道,从而不断强化师德建设,提高教师“双师”能力,完善师资队伍梯队,深化改革和校企合作,持续提升并有效巩固学校教学质量,提高学校办学吸引力与社会美誉度。
