目的为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,预防、控制和消除职业病危害,识别、分析某电缆建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,对其进行控制效果评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查、检查表法等方法进行评价。结果该建设项目主要职业病危害因素为噪声、高温、滑石粉尘、乙二醇、丙酮、丁酮。仅电缆群绞处噪声强度超过职业接触限值,其余职业病危害因素浓度/强度均合格。结论该项目属职业病危害较重建设项目,其职业病危害关键控制点是电缆群绞处噪声。
Objective To implement the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases” to prevent, control and eliminate occupational hazards and to identify and analyze the occupational hazards that exist in a cable construction project and evaluate its control effects. Methods The methods of on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation, workplace occupational hazards testing, occupational health examination and checklist method were used to evaluate. Results The major occupational hazards of this project were noise, high temperature, talc dust, ethylene glycol, acetone and methyl ethyl ketone. Only the noise intensity at the cable group twist exceeds the occupational exposure limit, and the concentration / strength of other occupational hazards are all qualified. Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard construction projects, the key control point of occupational hazards is the noise of cable group twist.
