目的:探讨“双瓣”技术在耳廓再造中的应用。方法:第1期手术行皮肤定量扩张器埋置,注水治疗完毕后维持扩张1个月。第2期设计扩张的耳前皮瓣和未扩张的筋膜瓣,应用“双瓣”技术进行耳廓再造术。于2004-01-2008-12共应用扩张的耳前皮瓣和未扩张的耳后筋膜瓣的“双瓣”技术实施耳廓再造1427只。结果:扩张的耳前皮瓣能够清晰显现再造耳廓表面细微结构;未扩张的耳后筋膜瓣形成良好的颅耳沟,再造耳廓立体感强。结论:“双瓣”技术操作简单、并发症较少,再造耳廓不仅形态逼真而且具有立体结构。
Objective: To discuss the application of “double flap” technique in auricle reconstruction. Methods: The first stage operation of skin quantitative dilator embedding, water infusion to maintain expansion after 1 month. The second design expansion of the anterior flap and unexpanded fascia flap, the application of “double flap ” technology for auricle reconstruction. A total of 1427 auricle resections were performed using the “double flap” technique of dilated auricle flaps and unexpanded posterior fascia of the ears from January 2004 to December 2008. Results: The dilated anterior skin flap can clearly show the microstructure of the surface of the auricle. The non-dilated posterior fascia flap can form a good cranial ear canal. Conclusion: The “double-lobe” technique is easy to operate and has fewer complications. The auricle is not only vivid but also has three-dimensional structure.
