本文对影响碱性脂肪酶超滤浓缩过程的工艺参数进行研究,得到最佳超滤操作条件,酶截留率达98％,回收率达83.3％,最终酶粉活性为1.1×10~6u/g。
In this paper, the process parameters affecting the ultrafiltration of alkaline lipase were studied, and the best ultrafiltration operating conditions were obtained. The enzyme rejection rate was 98%, the recovery rate was 83.3% and the final enzyme activity was 1.1 × 10 ~ 6u / g .
