目的探讨急性肾损伤肾脏超声造影血流灌注的变化及其临床价值。方法选取24例入院时符合急性肾损伤(AKI)诊断标准的住院患者作为研究对象,应用声诺维团注及低机械指数技术对其肾脏进行超声造影检查,Q-LAB软件绘制时间-强度曲线并获得各参数。在超声造影当日,符合AKI诊断标准者17例34枚肾脏作为病例组,未达到AKI诊断标准者7例共13枚肾脏作为对照组。对两组间肾脏超声造影模式及参数进行分析和比较。结果与对照组比较,病例组肾脏超声造影参数PI减低,其余参数均无统计学差异。结论超声造影可以动态观察肾脏的灌注过程。肾皮质造影峰值强度能较灵敏地反映出AKI患者肾脏血流灌注的变化。关键词
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical value of perfusion of renal contrast echocardiography in acute renal injury. Methods Twenty-four inpatients with acute kidney injury (AKI) criteria admitted to hospital were enrolled in this study. Their kidneys were examined by contrast-enhanced sonography and low-mechanical index. Q-LAB software was used to plot the time-intensity curve And get the parameters. On the day of contrast echocardiography, 17 cases of 34 kidneys who met AKI diagnostic criteria were selected as the case group, and 7 cases who did not meet the AKI diagnostic criteria were selected as the control group. The mode and parameters of renal ultrasound contrast between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the PI of renal ultrasound in the case group was decreased, and the other parameters were not statistically different. Conclusions Ultrasound can dynamically observe the renal perfusion process. Renal cortical peak intensity can more sensitively reflect the change of renal perfusion in AKI patients. Key words
