铸造生产中,受压铸件出现的气孔、缩孔、疏松而造成渗漏使之大量报废。据国外统计废品率铸钢为10~20%,铸铁为6~10%,铜合金为5~15%,铝合金为20%。国内则更为严重,各气缸头、阀体等报废率高达40%以上,某些缺陷在精加工时才发现,造成工对、原材料、能源、人力的严重浪费。铸件浸渗技术,是解决由于孔洞而造成受压铸件渗漏问题的有效工艺。我国六十年代中期就从国外引进这项技术并应用于生产,二十年来,许多工厂、科研所对浸渗设备的研究、浸渗剂的开发、工艺规范的探讨取得了显著的
