采用纯铜粉末和冷喷涂技术,在H80黄铜基体上制备了金属铜涂层,并采用金相、SEM、拉伸手段分析了其组织和力学性能。结果表明,该涂层由单质铜和少量Cu2O相组成,具有层状结构特点,且致密度较高、与基体结合良好;冷喷涂使黄铜基体的表层发生畸变,并产生滑移和微区硬化效应;200℃,4h低温退火使界面两侧发生Cu、Zn元素的互扩散,从而提高了界面结合强度。
The pure copper powder and cold spray technique were used to prepare metallic copper coating on H80 brass matrix. The microstructure, mechanical properties and mechanical properties were analyzed by metallography, SEM and tensile test. The results show that the coating consists of simple copper and a small amount of Cu2O phase, has the characteristics of layered structure, high density and good bonding with the substrate. Cold spraying distorts the surface of the brass substrate and produces slip and micro-regions Hardening effect; low temperature annealing at 200 ℃, 4h interdiffusion of Cu, Zn elements on both sides of the interface, thereby enhancing the interface bonding strength.
