试验研究了不同水平斑地锦入侵后,马铃薯LK99不同生育期形态和光合特性的变化。结果表明:LK99生长、光合特性和色素含量受入侵程度和入侵期协同影响。1/3:1水平入侵对LK99生长和光合特性影响很小;1:1水平下,LK99株高增大,茎粗减小,叶面积变大,根生长减慢,表现徒长趋势,其净光合速率和蒸腾速率降低;1:3水平下,LK99株高、茎粗、叶面积和根生长减慢,净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率和光合色素含量降低。
The changes of morphological and photosynthetic characteristics of potato LK99 at different growth stages were studied after different intrusion levels. The results showed that the growth, photosynthetic characteristics and pigment content of LK99 were synergistically influenced by the degree of invasion and invasion. 1/3: 1 horizontal invasion had little effect on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of LK99. At 1: 1 level, LK99 plant height increased, stem diameter decreased, leaf area increased, root growth slowed down, The photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate decreased at 1: 3 level.
