中等职校学生因其道德素质低下、学习成绩较差被冠以“后进生”的帽子,他们的行为除具有一般青少年叛逆、偏激的特点之外,还有异于同级普高学生的其他特性。本文从中职后进生的行为特点出发,分析后进生“后进”的根源,并就此对症下药,提出有针对性的转化教育方法和建议,以此改善中职后进生的教育管理工作。
