以泥炭土、木糠、林下腐殖土和珍珠岩为基质进行配比,设计6个基质配比处理,采用单因素试验方案,在林下进行金线莲栽培基质选择试验,以期筛选出适宜金线莲林下栽培的基质。结果表明:不同栽培基质对金线莲成活率影响较大,林下腐殖土是最适合金线莲生长的栽培基质,处理3(由林下腐殖土栽培金线莲)的成活率(88.67%)最高,植株鲜质量最大,茎粗、叶长和叶宽的数值也最大。研究结果为金线莲林下栽培提供良好的技术方案。
