2011年10月1日晚苏州市沧浪区某酒店发生一起不明原因的食物中毒,2日9时,区疾控中心接报后,迅速派员赶赴医院和酒店开展调查处置。1案由1.1基本情况2011年10月1日18时,250名顾客在沧浪区某酒店参加酒宴4小时后,陆续有数名就餐者出现腹泻、头痛、呕吐、发热等症状,截至10月3日共发现病例16例,罹患率为2.11%,其中男性5例,罹患率为0.66%,女性11例,罹患率为1.45%,女性均未饮酒。首例病例于10月2日零时发病。病例最短潜伏期为4小时,最长19小时,平均10小时。
