从地方探索到成为中央层面的政策安排,大学生村官制度经历了10多年的发展,产生了良好的政策成效,同时也存在一些需要解决的问题。本文以问卷调查为基础,结合实地调研、文献调研、访谈调研,对大学生村官职业发展问题进行了探讨。其中,围绕大学生村官的基本情况、发挥作用的情况等方面梳理了大学生村官的职业发展现状,从职业发展定位、职业发展空间、职业发展能力开发、职业发展动力、职业发展环境等方面分析了大学生村官职业发展面临的问题,从完善岗位管理、优化职业发展保障体系、提升职业发展竞争力、构建职业发展选择平衡格局等方面提出了促进大学生职业发展的主要对策。
Explore from the local to the policy of becoming the central level, the system of college graduate village officials has experienced more than 10 years of development, has produced good policy results, but also has some problems to be solved. This article based on the questionnaire survey, combined with field research, literature research, interviews and research on the career development of college students village officials were discussed.
