宁夏清河机械厂是三线建设时期迁建的军工企业,由于受特殊的管理体制、地理条件等因素影响,逐渐形成了一个典型的文化孤岛。从该企业转型失败后职工的社会生活状况看,孤岛文化背景是影响移民社会文化适应的重要因素。孤岛文化与迁入地文化差异过大,增加了两种文化对接和整合的难度;单一的社会关系网络导致移民获取社会资源的渠道狭窄,社会运作资本不足;独特的心理状态抑制了移民融入当地社会的意愿和主动性。
