目前,矿井提升机直流调速系统基本都采用磁场恒定,电枢可逆的模式,当电枢电流异常波动时,会带来转矩的变化和冲击,容易造成机械系统出现异响,波动严重时会造成直流快速开关误动作、烧快熔、速度出现波动等,严重影响矿井提升机的正常、安全运行。在设备安装调试阶段,可能遇到参数不合适或者安装调试等方面问题,造成此类现象,在此不对其进行介绍,仅针对提升机直流调速系统正常运行一段时间后,突然出现电枢电流波动问题进行分析。
