随着宇航运动机构响应速度、定位精度的提高,无刷直流电机、永磁同步电机(PMSM)等高性能电机更广泛地被应用到空间机构设计中。以采用PMSM作为执行部件的伺服控制系统为例,提出一种宇航应用的PMSM矢量控制(FOC)驱动电路设计方案,在确保产品空间环境适应性的同时,注重产品的集成度和驱动性能。通过样机的研制和调试,验证了设计方案的有效性,为后续相关宇航型号工程研制提供参考。
With the response speed of aerospace sports institutions, positioning accuracy, brushless DC motors, permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and other high-performance motors are more widely applied to the design of space agencies. Taking PMSM as an example, a PMSM vector control (FOC) drive circuit design scheme is proposed, which not only assures the adaptability of product space environment but also focuses on product integration and driving performance. Through the prototype of the development and commissioning, the effectiveness of the design program has been verified, providing reference for the follow-up related aerospace engineering.
