国内外汽车制造业呈现出向服务制造转变的趋势,服务制造模式的发展关键要素之一就是加强企业对服务利润链的管理。本文通过对汽车制造业企业服务利润链研究,构建了适合汽车制造业企业的服务利润链模型。该模型包含了服务利润链的基本要素以及汽车制造业的行业特征,并在此基础上进行了优化,旨在提高汽车制造业企业的盈利与发展水平。
At home and abroad, automobile manufacturing industry has shown the trend of changing to service manufacturing. One of the key elements in the development of service manufacturing mode is to strengthen the management of service profit chain. In this paper, through researching profit chain of enterprise service in automobile manufacturing industry, a service profit chain model suitable for automobile manufacturing enterprises is constructed. The model includes the basic elements of the service profit chain as well as the industry characteristics of the automobile manufacturing industry. On this basis, the model is optimized to improve the profitability and development level of the automobile manufacturing enterprises.
