文章运用文献资料研究方法和逻辑分析法,对少儿时期运动技能培养过程中应遵循的客观规律进行研究。目前,学术界一般认为儿童在少年时期运动技能能力的培养只遵循运动技能的形成规律,忽视了人类动作发展的规律,笔者认为运动技能的培养过程在遵循运动技能规律的同时,还必须遵循人类动作的发展规律。 The article uses literature research method and logical analysis method to study the objective laws to be followed during the training of motor skills in children.
